Will my videos have music and graphics?
Yes, all videos include royalty free music, graphical inlays, logo inlay, text-on-screen elements or whatever is required to complete your video; we even have stock video available via Storyblocks
How long can my videos be?
They can be up to 20 minutes; but generally speaking we recommend trying to make videos that are shorter
Who owns the video that Reservoir Video captures?
Our clients own the video and can access raw copies of their video via Reservoir Video's convenient portal
Can I have a copy of the media that Reservoir Video captures for me?
Yes. Clients may have the raw video captured for their project if they want it
Can I have the projects files associated with my order?
No. Project files can not be transferred to the client
Can I request changes to my video?
Yes, you can request as many changes as necessary; Reservoir Video sends our clients previews of their video(s) via our portal and clients can leave feedback via the comments feature
Can you run ads on Facebook for me?
Yes, you can grant Reservoir Video "task" or "manager" level access to your ad manager account; after that we can set up an ad campaign and start displaying your ad; note that clients need a business page setup on Facebook before they can run ads
How are capture sessions scheduled?
It's preferred that bundled videos under the small business package (see rates) are captured on the same day (with some exceptions); cinema package capture days vary depending on the project's requirments and demands
Can Reservoir Video make a video with media the client has captured or acquired themselves?
Yes. We offer post production services; upload your video, photos and branding elements to Reservoir Video's convenient portal
